Disneyland Cast Member FAQ: Part 1

It’s been 7 years since I’ve worked at the Disneyland Resort. Once I quit working at the Resort, I immediately missed working for Disney and started working for Radio Disney in Los Angeles, before making the move to NYC. I miss working for Disney so much, so reminiscing about what it was like working there and sharing my stories with others is what connects me back to these experiences. I get a lot of questions through my Youtube Channel about what it’s like working at Disney and how to work there, etc. I thought it would be fun to create more video content on my channel to share what I do know to help people out, and on this blog, I’ll be sharing a lot of my stories and photos.

Working for Disney in any capacity means being a part of that special family and special experience that is hard to explain but impossible to forget. I worked for Disney at a time when Facebook was just starting to come into its own, and Instagram didn’t exist. I know I sound like a dinosaur, but this really wasn’t that long ago. Everyone was transitioning from Myspace to Facebook and taking photos of yourself at work wasn’t a thing because the technology wasn’t there yet. Anyone remember flip phones? So getting to share what I DO remember about work and experiencing the Disney magic is amazing, because it keeps my memories of such an important time in my life crystal clear so that I can hopefully pass these stories down to my future kids someday. In the meantime, I hope you like Part 1 of my Cast Member FAQ video. Part 2 is coming out tomorrow! If you have any questions about what it’s like working for Disney, comment below! I’ll do my best to answer your questions in future videos!
